Industry Award 2016 FEPORID^® 588 convinces the jury of experts

This year, the jury of experts was once again impressed by a product from DFE. Once again in the supplier category, the corrosion inhibitor FEPORID^® 588 was awarded the title "BEST OF 2016".

The inhibitor ensures a particularly clean surface of the pickled steel. Even at high pickling temperatures, FEPORID^® 588 can be used without reducing the stability of the pickling process or the pickling speed. The speed can even be increased under certain conditions. The application is therefore highly interesting economically.

This means that the product of DFE Chemie GmbH, which was specially developed for pickling silicon steels, did not make it to the top of the winners' podium this time, as it did five years ago, but it did make it into the small group of the "best list" from which the overall winner is later determined. FEPORID^® 588 thus belongs to the top group of the submitted applications.
